Shipping

We have free delivery for domestic (spain and portugal) and a falt rate of 19 euros for Europe (most countries), tracked and insured . for international shipping out of EU we offer a different shipping options with the post services with different cost depending on destination.

Items are usually sent within 4-6 business days. Domestic packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and International shipping orders might take 12 to 21 business days with the post services option and around a week with the upgraded option. Please allow up to 14-21 days and check tracking details before declaring package 'undelivered'.

Customized Orders

Customized orders might require up to 4-6 weeks for fulfilment depending on the number of orders and material availability at the time of order. Most of the times they are completed sooner, but be aware that material availability can affect these time frames.

Returns

All our hats carry a 3 month warranty on materials and workmanship but do not cover unduly wear and tear.

We do not accept returns of any orders for change of mind, however if they are damaged on receipt we will repair or replace them at our discretion. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products since we don’t have them in stock, every item is tailor made by order to an specific size.
