Shipping

We have free delivery worldwide using the post services with a tracking number.

Time of delivery can vary from a couple of days up to 21 days depending of destination. we’re not responsible for any custom charges involved in the custom clearance.

Customized Orders

Customized orders might require up to 4-6 weeks for fulfilment depending on the number of orders and material availability at the time of order. Most of the times they are completed sooner, but be aware that material availability can affect these time frames.

Returns

All our hats carry a 3 month warranty on materials and workmanship but do not cover unduly wear and tear.

We do not accept returns of any orders for change of mind, however if they are damaged on receipt we will repair or replace them at our discretion. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products since we don’t have them in stock, every item is tailor made by order to an specific size.
